Frustration

You hear about the need for jobs to get the economy going.  So, I began a search for what is made in the USA.  I am having a very difficult time finding items that are stamped "Made in USA".  Is our food made in the USA?  Are our clothes made in the USA?  Are our computers, phones, and related hardware made in the USA?  So, what is made here?
